About Us
SV Automotive Engineering was started as a family business by Simo Veharanta, a mechanical engineer, in 1985 in Southern California. We started as a restoration and export business which has expanded since into a full-service dealership, specializing in the restoration and custom build of classic Porsches.
CUSTOM BUILDS
We specialize in all-steel, custom-built backdated 911 RS / RSR cars. We build quality, not quantity. Each car is a product of relentless automotive passion. We only make a few cars yearly for future owners to cherish for a lifetime.
RESTORATIONS
Our vintage Porsche restorations are just like our custom builds; each car receives detailed nut-and-bolt refurbishing. We aim to give new life to old Porsches, just like when they were new.
